CHALET UMANI
An exceptional ski-in/ski-out chalet in the heart of the Paradiski area (425 km of ski runs)
Welcome to Chalet Umani, set in a large, sunny, south-facing clearing, away from the resort and right in the middle of the ski slopes!
Absolute calm and a change of scenery are guaranteed in this unique setting, surrounded by larch and fir trees.
Very comfortable chalet for 10 people: 170 m2, 5 large independent double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two south-facing terraces, fireplace, sauna, etc.
This is not a rental property, but a family chalet, furnished and decorated with care, in which we hope you’ll feel “at home”.
Miscellaneous: TV, stereo, wifi, toys, board games, books (French and English), comics.
Children welcome, non-smoking, pets not allowed, not suitable for people with reduced mobility (no disabled access).

- Large double bedroom (28 m2 – 180cm bed) (convertible into children’s bedroom / playroom (180cm bed convertible into 2 90cm beds)).

Independent Mazot
The mazot is located 3 meters from the main chalet, but requires a pair of shoes for access.

With 2 peaks over 3000 m and 262 trails spread over a multitude of slopes, the area offers an unrivalled diversity of routes for all levels.
Glaciers, forest skiing, free rides, beginners’ slopes at altitude, open landscapes overlooking Mont Blanc… Paradiski lives up to its name!
The Umani is also open in summer!
In summer, the Les Arcs resort offers a multitude of activities for young and old alike:
- The golf course, just a few minutes’ walk from the chalet, with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc (par 70, 5497 meters).
- But also: Mountain biking, tennis, hiking, rafting, archery, climbing, paragliding, etc.
